This, by far, is my favorite (pre-)blend for diffusing. It has an earthy, spicy scent and fills the house with "warmth", for lack of better terms. My family and I are allergic to almost everything and no one has had a bad reaction to this (pre-)blend. I have severe arthritis and fibromyalgia and I believe diffusing this (pre-)blend abates some of the pain and discomfort. I highly recommend!
