SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders ship within 24-48 hours during regular business hours. (M-TH 8am-4pm, F 8am-12pm). Orders placed after 11am PST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. (Government holidays excluded.) Items are shipped at Fabulous Frannie’s discretion using USPS, FEDEx, or UPS. Larger orders may ship by FedEx or UPS regardless of the shipping method listed at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Once items have shipped, Fabulous Frannie is not responsible for delayed arrival dates.

This happens sometimes. Carriers occasionally mark packages as ‘Delivered’ before they’re dropped off. Please contact the carrier if it has been more than 2 hours since you got a delivery notification. |
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
On occasion, product may arrive damaged from poor handling during shipment. We will gladly replace any damaged goods with proof of damage by use of a digital camera or cell phone image.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item. We do not accept returns for any other reason due to the perishable nature of many of our products. We guarantee our products 100% — if you receive a broken or mishandled item we will replace it at no cost to you.
