Frankincense has been used since ancient times in religious ceremonies and is still used in many churches today. It is known by many as one of the three gifts from the Magi to the infant Jesus. Diffuse during meditation or prayer to evoke an aura of calm. Dilute and apply topically to help with heavy periods, digestive issues and uterine hemorrhages. Inhale for use as a decongestant. Add to homemade salves and lotions to help with wrinkle repair, cellulite and skin rejuvenation.
