Use in massage blends to reduce inflammation or arthritis pain. For oily skin, add to homemade face wash or toner to help clear blackheads. Add to roll-on blends and apply to the neck and temples to ease stress and stimulate the mind. Diffuse to help with headaches, memory stimulation, anxious feelings and sleep deprivation.
