SUGGESTED USES:

• Diffuse into small space during Yoga or meditation to bring awareness and connection to one-self and the earth.

•  Add a few drops of desired chakra blend to an aromatherapy necklace to help balance your chakra throughout the day.

• Add 2-6 drops of Chakra blend to 1oz of carrier oil and massage into pressure points to combat imbalances.

• Mix chakra blend with an all natural lotion or carrier oil to create a relaxing, balancing and harmonizing massage after a long day.
