How to Use: Shake well prior to use. Apply to temples, forehead, back of neck and reflex areas on the hands and feet.

Shower Steamer – Calm Down 2oz
How to Use: Remove steamer disc from packaging. While one disc is generally sufficient for small, enclosed showers, you may want to use an additional disc for large oropen/curtained showers. Place disc(s) on shower floor under light water stream.
For best results, avoid direct stream area or submerging disc(s) under water. Rinse anyleftover residue before leaving shower.
Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Epson Salt, Coconut Oil (MCT), Witch Hazel, and Lavender French Pure Essential Oil.
