Fennel is an internally and externally cleansing and detoxifying oil. Use in a diffuser to open passageways and improve breathing. Dilute with carrier oil and apply topically to minor cuts and scrapes. Use in homemade sprays to kill insects. Apply topically to cleanse the liver of excess toxins reduce the apperance of cellulite and regulate menstrual cycles.
