While Mugwort has traditionally been used as a charm to protect against evil and danger, the Chinese use its leaves in medicine to warm the skin internally. Use in a diffuser to create a calm atmosphere and reduce hysteria. Dilute with carrier oil and apply to abdomen to help with menstrual cramping, irregular blood flow and digestive issues. Add to homemad bug sprays to ward off pesky bugs.
